Monday, August 24, is the deadline for dinners on Friday and Saturday night. If you miss that, you can still join us for drinks both nights after dinner and for lunch on Saturday. Also, you can find us hanging out somewhere on the Boardwalk or at the hotel on Saturday. (The restaurants close at midnight on Friday and Saturday nights.)

BettyJo Barron McGuire has had a mini-stroke and was admitted to St. Luke's hospital in the Woodlands to determine the cause. She's having difficulty speaking and will be going to rehab. Please pray for her. I'll keep you all updated as I find out.
Susan Hinton Milner lost her husband, Buddy, who had been fighting cancer. According to Tuesday's Baytown Sun, his memorial services will be held Friday, Jan. 24th at Trinity Episcopal Church in Baytown, followed by a reception in the church hall.
